Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)
You can delete your account directly from within the app:
- Open the CoreBite AI app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Your account and data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to the app or have uninstalled it, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:
Please include your registered email address or phone number so we can locate and verify your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Profile information (age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, dietary preferences)
- Meal logs and food photos
- State/Region preference
- Account credentials
What Data May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Transaction/subscription records (for tax, billing, and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by Google Play and applicable law)
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you
Retained data, where applicable, is kept only as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
